The RN - CDI Specialist position will function as a Second Level Reviewer. The main focus is post-coded and pe-billed with a focus on Medicare patients. The Case Manager RN will work closely with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), including patients and families, as well as Reid Health Leadership, Medical Staff, and physician’s practice office personnel; will work with representatives of the community, federal, and state agencies, as well as with outside review and accreditation agencies.
