The Payor Enrollment Specialist administers the enrollment process for participation into Governmental and Commercial payor agreements for the health system, practice locations and individual Physicians or other Health Care Professionals.   This person is responsible for ensuring adherence to CMS and NCQA standards, individual payor network requirements, functions of delegated credentialing, performance of practice site audits, payor director reviews, initial enrollment applications, follow-up, and revalidations.   In this position, you will interact with employees on all levels of the organization, insurances and clients and their support staff. The ideal candidate will be highly detailed and will be adept at navigating multiple online systems and resources. You're a strong communicator with internal and external customers, have solid organizational skills, and can apply your analytical skills to solving challenges. Under the general supervision of the manager of phlebotomy services, a phlebotomy technician assumes the responsibility for performing venipuncture and related procedures, urine drug screen collections, and applicable culture collections.  Also, a phlebotomy technician will perform registration duties as specifically related to client bill and non-admit specimens.  Phlebotomy technicians are responsible for ordering tests in the laboratory computer system as needed.

In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary Reid Hospice team, the Hospice Case Manager RN is responsible for coordination of all care for their assigned hospice patients; this includes admission, discharge, re-certification, and planning of care.  The Case Manager RN will work closely with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), including patients and families, as well as Reid Health Leadership, Medical Staff, and physician’s practice office personnel; will work with representatives of the community, federal, and state agencies, as well as with outside review and accreditation agencies.

The Case Manager is accountable for the organization, sequence of services, and resources that are medically necessary and appropriate for the achievement of patient care outcomes within effective time frames. The Case Manager coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to expedite medically appropriate, cost-effective patient care. The Case Manager applies clinical expertise and medical appropriateness criteria to resource utilization, care coordination, and transition/discharge planning; advises the healthcare team, and provides intervention as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. The Case Manager applies the use of data in his/her practice; identifying where to focus efforts, the measurement of progress towards identified outcomes, and as an educational tool. This individual possesses excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influence, and organizational skills and works to effect positive practice changes that lead to improved value in patient care delivery.

The RN - CDI Specialist position will function as a Second Level Reviewer. The main focus is post-coded and pe-billed with a focus on Medicare patients. The SLR performs post-discharge, final coded, pre-bill reviews of target case pupations (low acuity, long length of stay focus areas, sign & symptom principal diagnoses, compliance related clinical validation opportunities, HACs/PSIs, etc.) to verify that all conditions are accurately reported.
