Responsible for design, analysis, testing, installation, and support activities for Epic related information system solutions as required that are developed or acquired as part of the overall hospital network of integrated computer systems. Incumbent must be able to help and consultation to enterprise departments, with system application issues, and serve as technical coordinator between departments and any outside vendors. In-depth knowledge of Epic software is obtained by attending Epic training with completion of application certification projects and tests. Training may be onsite at Verona, Wisconsin or virtually from the office.

This position includes 2 Epic Certifications - Healthy Planet and Compass Rose. The Healthy Planet Analyst is responsible for the configuration of the healthy planet and compass rose applications to meet the needs of the supported departments. Prior experience in ambulatory applications and quality reporting is a benefit. This position will work closely with our Ambulatory and ClinDoc Analysts as well as other third party vendors.
