Responsible for design, analysis, testing, installation, and support activities for Epic related information system solutions as required that are developed or acquired as part of the overall hospital network of integrated computer systems. Incumbent must be able to help and consultation to enterprise departments, with system application issues, and serve as technical coordinator between departments and any outside vendors. In-depth knowledge of Epic software is obtained by attending Epic training with completion of application certification projects and tests. Training may be onsite at Verona, Wisconsin or virtually from the office.

Incumbent must be able to help and consultation to enterprise departments, with system application issues, and serve as technical coordinator between departments and any outside vendors. In-depth knowledge of the Cerner and potentially Epic software is required.
