Our Ortho Med-Surg unit primarily treats patients who have been through joint or back surgery. Patients normally come directly from surgery. Rehab visits the unit frequently so patients can get back to daily living as quickly as possible. The Case Manager RN will work closely with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), including patients and families, as well as Reid Health Leadership, Medical Staff, and physician’s practice office personnel; will work with representatives of the community, federal, and state agencies, as well as with outside review and accreditation agencies.
