The OutPatient Physical Therapist evaluates each patient and provides medically prescribed treatments and education to patients to restore, improve, or maintain the patient’s optimal level of functioning, independence, and quality of life. The Physical Therapist also supervises Physical Therapist Assistants in carrying out the prescribed treatment plan.
The Paramedic provides basic and/or advanced life support, including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the ill and injured in the prehospital setting. Supports existing health services; provides integrated health services in partnership with other health professionals; extends access to health services delivery in the prehospital setting; and performs other duties as required.

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders to restore, improve, or maintain the patient’s optimal level of functioning, independence, and quality of life. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) assumes responsibility and accountability for performing a wide variety of respiratory therapeutic and diagnostic services in accordance with established departmental policies. The therapist will provide support for other healthcare members by assisting in transporting, positioning and moving patients. The therapist will perform universal task as assigned such as answering the telephone, cleaning of equipment and checking for supplies. The Restorative Aide is responsible for supporting participants in achieving and maintaining their physical and functional goals in alignment with the PACE program's mission to promote participant independence. The Restorative Aide provides restorative therapies and assists with daily activities, meals, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Additionally, the Restorative Aide performs other duties as assigned by the Center Manager or designee, ensuring all tasks are within the scope of the Restorative Aide's practice and expertise.

In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary Reid Hospice team, the Hospice Case Manager RN is responsible for coordination of all care for their assigned hospice patients; this includes admission, discharge, re-certification, and planning of care.
